REFUNDS

All pieces are guaranteed (this includes hardware malfunction, holes in leather, and weakened stitching).

If something doesn't fit due a mistake on our end, then we will replace the item free of charge.

If something doesn't fit due to a mistake on your end, then we will charge a 20% restocking fee (if not personalized). Personalized pieces cannot be refunded, but a discount can be applied towards a replacement.

If the item arrives and you find that you are not satisfied, this can be resolved on a case-by-case basis via email.

If you gain weight, lose weight, or want a piece modified in any way we can discuss this pricing via email.

Please remember that items are handmade. We will work to find a solution, but if you are a perfectionist then this may not be the place for you.
